DESCRIPTION:The Lead Safety RPP Refresher training course trains renovation\, repair\, and painting contractors how to work safely in housing with lead-based paint. Attendees will learn how to comply with EPA's Renovation\, Repair\, and Painting (RRP) Rule\, and HUD's Lead Safe Housing Rule. The Lead Safety RRP Refresher training course was developed by the EPA\, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Those looking to re-certify must take this before their 3 year anniversary.\nLEARN\n\n\n\nAttendees learn how to properly work within the RRP rule on pre-1978 housing and child occupied facilitates that have tested positive for lead based paint.\n\n\nEARN\n\n\n\nBy passing the 25-question multiple choice test\, attendees will be given a new certificate of completion that is required when applying to conduct business in the State of Georgia.\n\n\nTRAINING INCLUDES\n\n\n\n\n	7 classroom modules\n	Training materials and exam\n	Hands-on skills assessment\n	Review of the RRP rule\n	25-question multiple choice test\n	Certificate of course completion\n	Continental breakfast\n	Free Parking\n\n\nPREREQUISITES\n\n\n\nYou must provide proof of your initial certification by bringing your RRP Initial Certification Certificate with you or proof that you completed the full 8-hour course.
