DECK- PHASE 1
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTING
OPPORTUNITY – REQUEST FOR
PREQUALIFICATIONS
Holder-Austin-Moody-Bryson, a Joint Venture (HAMB) is
seeking qualified trade contractors for construction of the
South Deck Phase 1. This parking facility in excess of 6,000
spaces will be located over the existing South Economy
surface lot at the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in
Atlanta, GA.
All interested firms are requested to submit Prequalification
Statements no later than August 25, 2023.

Only prequalified firms will be eligible to respond to request for
proposals (RFP release).
