Early Bird Registration for exhibitors is $350 until January 15, 2016. After January 15, 2016, registration will be $400. 

 

Online registration will close on March 1, 2016, at 12:00 PM. 

 

What is included in the exhibitors registration fee?

 

 •One 10x10 booth with drape partition, six foot skirted table, two chairs and one display sign with your company name; 

•Continental breakfast and lunch ((2) two lunches per booth) additional meals must be purchased for each additional representative at a cost of $40.00;
•Conference materials - program, participant list, name tags, exhibitor gift package and raffle give-a-ways;
•Attend panel discussions and training seminars;
•Ability to meet industry professionals;
•Networking Session, meet potential customers and develop business relationships; and

Attendee Registration & Information

Early Bird registration for attendees is $50 until January 15, 2016. After January 15 registration will be $75. On-site registration is $100 and will begin at 8:00AM on Thursday, March 31, 2016.

Online registration will close on March 1, 2016, at 12:00 PM.

What is included in the attendee’s registration fee?

•Continental breakfast and lunch;
•Conference materials - conference program, exhibitor list, name tag, attendee gift package and raffle give-a-ways;
•Entrance to panel discussions and training seminars;
•Ability to meet industry professionals;
•Access to Exhibit Hall - mix of small businesses, prime contractors, government (s) and approximately 150 plus booths;
•Networking Session, meet potential customers and develop business relationships; and •Opportunity to participate in “Business to Business” Matchmaking Sessions.
