MasterBuild is GHCA’s strategic mentorship program designed for small construction businesses—residential builders and specialized trade contractors—looking to strengthen their operations and scale into commercial opportunities.

Through five structured sessions, participants will develop essential skills in business strategy, financial management, risk and safety compliance, project management, marketing, and industry relations. The program combines expert-led classes, practical activities, and an industry panel to support sustainable business growth.

Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion at the graduation session.

On This Session, Participants will learn how to identify and manage common construction business risks, including legal and operational challenges. This session also explores funding options and how to prepare financial documents to access capital for business growth.
