We are excited to invite you to our upcoming event, Sustainability 2.0. Let's Talk Green, where we will explore the initial steps in the sustainability journey within the construction industry.
We are delighted to have a distinguished panel of experts who will share their insights and experiences, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in sustainability within the construction sector.
Meet our panelists:
As the EarthCraft Program Manager at Southface, Amelia Godfrey is at the forefront of sustainable construction and green building practices. With her extensive experience in managing sustainability programs, Amelia will discuss the educational programs offered to obtain sustainable certifications and the benefits of adopting environmentally responsible practices in construction.
Carlos Corrales serves as the Sustainability Manager at HOLDER, where he leads the company's green initiatives. His work involves integrating sustainability into large-scale construction projects, focusing on reducing environmental impacts. Carlos will share his insights on how construction companies can effectively embrace sustainability from the ground up.
Lily Smith is a Program Associate at the Southeastern Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA). She specializes in energy efficiency and works to advance sustainable energy practices in the Southeast. Lily will provide a unique perspective on the role of energy efficiency in promoting sustainable construction and how it can drive equity on Energy access, and associated benefits of energy savings.
Sarah Henderson is part of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team at White Cap. Her expertise lies in ensuring that construction practices are safe and environmentally responsible. Sarah will discuss the importance of sustainability and how Construction suppliers play a pivotal role to reduce the carbon footprint in the industry.
