Position: Executive Assistant

Role Overview:
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the Project Manager for GHCA
signature events, providing comprehensive remote support (excluding physical event
setup). Additionally, you will provide high-level support to the Executive Director and
handle key administrative functions. For all administrative work, QuickBooks
coordination, accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable matters, you will
report to and respond to the Director of Organizational Growth. You will also coordinate
with the Member Relations Support team and the GHCA Accountant to ensure smooth
operations.
